Damage During Delivery: We accept exchange only if the product is damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@bilmush.com within [2] days of receipt. Provide us boxing videos and photos of the damage and any relevant information to help us process your claim.

Third-Party Purchases: Our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from Bilmush. We are not responsible for products bought from third-party retail stores.
