1. Exchange Conditions

Damage During Delivery: We accept exchange only if the product is damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@bilmush.com within [2] days of receipt. Provide us boxing videos and photos of the damage and any relevant information to help us process your claim.

2. Products Purchased from Third-Party Retailers

Third-Party Purchases: Our return and refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from Bilmush. We are not responsible for products bought from third-party retail stores. If you have a concern about a product purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

No exchange for Other Reasons: We do not accept exchange for any other reasons, including but not limited to changes of mind or incorrect orders. All sales are final except for items damaged during delivery.
